London Football Ltd (LF), London Football Competitions Ltd (LFC) and London Football Weekend Ltd (LFW) accepts no responsibility for injuries or death caused to participants, referees or spectators at ANY of its events, leagues, cups, competitions and friendly matches.

Individuals and teams failing to participate in any league, cup and friendly games once we have updated/published fixtures on the web site, cancelling their fixtures with or without notice, are liable to cover their costs and their opponent’s costs (two match fees) in full and a 3-0 win will be awarded against the forfeiting team.

Team Managers must affiliate their team to the Amateur Football Alliance (Unless already parented to another County F.A) to take part in our competitions and must confirm their affiliation number before the 31st May each year.

Team Managers and Treasurers are singly and jointly responsible to pay for ALL fines and games played.

LF, LFC & LFW reserves the right to contact employers with corporate football teams in extreme cases of misconduct or if they fail to pay for our services and events.

LF, LFC & LFW reserves the right to exclude any player, team, referee or organisation from any of its events, competitions, leagues and matches without giving a reason.

By entering a LF, LFC or LFW event, competition, league or match, individuals, referees and teams accept responsibility to read and abide by the Rules as distributed and published on www.LondonFootball.co.uk and www.LondonersFC.com by LF, LFC and LFW.

Individuals and teams agreeing to take part in any events or use our services, enter into a contractual agreement to pay the agreed fee for the event, whether or not they participate.
