London Football are aware that
many good football players in London cannot find football teams. So, we came
up with this new idea (the first and maybe the only one in the world) to get
more players involved in the beautiful game.
We Organise:
11-a-side Weekend League at venues throughout London.
This is how it works:
Complete an online form, pay for the entire season (18 matches) upfront, we
put you in a football team and then you play competitive football. Also, you
can choose whether you want to manage the team, just play football OR both.
That's all.
This is what you need to do:
1-Complete the
11-a-side team maker form.
2-Choose your London location within Zones 1, 2 & 3 on a standard Tube map
(You may select more than one area e.g. North & West):
North London - East London - South London -West London
3-Forward payments of
£200.00 to play 19 matches in the
11-a-side League (Including one pre-season friendly)
This pays for:
£1 Player Registrations (annual payment)
£3 Match Ball purchase
£5 County FA Affiliation (annual payment)
£5 Subscription (one-off payment to subscribe to our competitions)
£10 League Entry Fee (annual payment)
£10 Team Deposit (one-off payment to cover any fines incurred by the team –
refunded in part/full if no fines are incurred)
£22 Kit Purchase
£30 Player Deposit (one-off refundable payment to cover any fines incurred
by the player– refunded in part/full if no fines are incurred)
£114 Match Fees (£6 per match, 19 x matches per season including one
pre-season friendly).

Then?
Once we receive you completed form, we will e-mail you instructions of how
to make payments.
Once we receive your full payments, we will include your name in our
11-a-side team
maker database.
Once we have enough players to make a team, we will e-mail all players in
that team with a temporary team name and all player's contact details so you
can decide on a NEW TEAM NAME.
We will organise a pre-season friendly match for you and present you with your new
kit (included in the price).
We will then put you in a division and you will start to play competitive
football.
Players’ FAQ:
What is included?
You will join a team of 14 players and play 18 League matches. Your team
will receive a full kit with 13 x number outfield shirts and 1 x numbered Goalkeeper
shirt, 14 x shorts and 14 x socks (you will need to provide your own boots
and shin guards). We will book and pay for full size grass pitches for you
and your team (at a local park/venue in your preferred location where
possible) and (where necessary) we will supply your team with goal nets and
corner flags. You will be given 2 x match balls (per team) to keep and your
team will be affiliated with the Amateur Football Alliance (County FA),
which means that you will be playing fully sanctioned/affiliated football as
authorised by the FA. The price also includes paying League and registration
fees for the entire season! We will also arrange one pre-season friendly match
to help you to get organised! We do all of the organisation of fixtures and
referees – all you need to do is co-ordinate with your fellow team members
and then turn up and play your football.
Note: The prices include a player’s deposit and a team-based deposit that
will be refunded to players less any player/team fines incurred during the
season.
What is the catch? Why are you
doing this?
We have lots of competitions and therefore we need lots of teams! We know
that there are lots of footballers wanting to join a team to play organised
football! So, therefore, we thought let’s help players to form new teams,
which will help us to achieve the number of teams required to play in our
competitions!
This service is 100% Free - you only pay upfront for your match fees!
How long will this take?
It takes time to collect all player's payments, so it will not be done
overnight! It could take until the start of the new season (September 2008),
but the sooner we receive your application, the sooner we will add your
details to our database and therefore the sooner you will find a team.
Can I ask for a full refund at any
time?
NO, ONLY if we cannot form a team by September 1st, 2008.
What about if I cause trouble
during a football match?
We reserves the right to exclude players from the League indefinitely for
violent conduct or other behaviours deemed by the League to be unacceptable
and we will NOT refund you any money.
