League Division One (11-a-side 2006-7)
Title:
This combination of teams shall be called the “London Football League (11-a-side)” and shall consist of 10 teams affiliated to a local county.
League names are the property of London Football Competitions Ltd, and cannot be used for any purpose not sanctioned by London Football Competitions Ltd.
Match Duration:
Each match will last for 90 minutes, 45 minutes each half.
Match Requirements:
Teams must have two Kits (dark & light) with shirts numbers in both kits.

Home & Away teams must have two fit match balls size 5.
Home & Away teams must contact each other to confirm the colour of their kit 2 days before the match.
When team colours of competing teams are similar, the Away team shall
change unless mutual arrangements are made to the contrary.
Shin Pads and Astroturf shoes or training shoes, must be worn by all players.
Players wearing moulded studs, blades and screw-in studs or not wearing Shin Pads cannot take part in any games.
Players
wearing jewellery i.e. watches, rings, necklace and earrings cannot take
part in any games.
Players wearing trousers (except goalkeepers) cannot take part in any
games.

Reporting Match Results:
At the end of a league match both Home & Away teams should confirm with the assistant referee the following:
Match result.
Referees' mark, out of 100.
Oppositions' mark, out of 5.
Match Points:
The method of awarding points in all matches shall be three points for a win and one point for a draw.
Teams will play each other twice in the season. Teams on equal points will be separated by goal difference, followed by goals scored, followed by the aggregate result between the two teams in question, followed by a play-off.
In the event of any team withdrawing without having completed all league matches, all of their results will be deleted from the league table if they have played less than 75% of their matches.
League Fixtures:
A 0-0 defeat for the forfeiting team who fail to participate in any league matches once fixtures updated on the web site, cancelling their fixtures with or without notice.
Teams failing to appear on the pitch within 20 minutes of the stated kick-off time will forfeit the match unless both teams and the referee agree to kick-off late and play a shorter match. A 0-0 defeat for the forfeiting team. No refund will be made if teams play shorter matches due to late kick-offs or for any other reasons under any circumstances, unless the referee (not assistant referees) is late for kick-off.
League Payments:
Deposit: £300 is payable eight weeks prior to the start of the season, which is refunded at the end of the season after paying & completing all league matches.
Ssubscription: A one-off payment of £150.00 applies to subscribe to the league (one-off payment).
Entry Fee: £200.00 entry fee applies (every season).
Affiliation: Teams must re-apply annually for entry to the league after receiving their affiliation number from their local county before 31st May.
Team Managers and Treasurers are singly and jointly responsible to pay for all league matches played.
No refund will be made if a team withdraws from the league (including teams who played against them) once a match is played.
No refund will be made if teams play shorter matches due to late kick-offs or for any other reasons under any circumstances, unless the referee (not assistant referees) is late for kick-off.
London Football Competitions Ltd reserves the right to refuse re-entry to any team without giving a reason.
League Fines:
Individuals and teams failing to participate in any league matches once fixtures updated on the web site, cancelling their fixtures with or without notice are liable to cover their cost and their opponent (two match fees).
A £100.00 fine applies to teams who attend our AGM (Presentation Night) with less than 3 representatives.
A £100.00 fine applies to league winners and runners-up who attend our AGM (Presentation Night) with less than 7 representatives.
League Trophies:
League winners and runners-up get to keep their trophies and 14 medals forever!
On or before the 1st April in the year following, league winners shall return the league shield in a presentable condition. A £100.00 deposit apply.
Sportsmanship:
Referees will mark teams out of 5 after each game.
Teams will mark oppositions out of 5 after each game.
1 point will be deducted from total marks for a caution.
2 points will be deducted from total marks for a sending off
2 points will be deducted from total marks for two cautions leading to sending off
Teams with the least points at the end of the season, will pay £150.00 fine and runner-up will pay £100.00. Fines used to buy trophies for the winning Sportsmanship’s teams.
Suspensions:
The local county will deal with all disciplinary actions and suspensions. Appeals against the local county decisions can only be made directly to them or the FA. London Football Competitions Ltd any and London Football League have no right to overrule any decisions made by the local county or the FA and will make sure that all disciplinary actions and suspensions is applied, including payments for fines.
London Football Competitions Ltd reserves the right to exclude players and teams from the league indefinitely for violent conduct or other behaviours deemed by the league to be unacceptable.
Failing to abide by the above rules
could result in teams being expelled from the league indefinitely
